NEWS must be 8

NEWS is a Jpop group formed in late 2003 in Johnny's Entertainment. The first single, NEWSNippon, was released in only 7 stores and for support the women's volleyball team. The former member Moriuchi Takahiro (who in 2005 changed his name in Morita Takahiro because is parents got divorced) left the Johnny's Entertainment and the NEWS (Acronome for North East West South) became 8.
In 2005 the member Uchi Hiroki (who was also in Kanjani8) was suspended due to drinking alcool underage, and the group became of 7 elements. In 2006, Kusano Hironori was suspended for the same motive as Uchi and Kitagawa decided to turn the group on hiatus.
In this time the members made dramas, singles and comparse in shows like the one of Yax3. Yamashita Tomohisa also released a solo single called Daite Senorita for the drama Kurosagi and a single with the thai duo Golf&Mike under the name 'gYm'.
In march 2007 the NEWS released their new single 'Hoshi wo Mezashite' and in october 2007 a new album called Pacific with the single weeek, written and composed by Greeen. They relased the single 'Taiyou no Namida' which was the theme of 'Kurosagi, the movie', and in June they relased the latest single 'SUMMER TIME'.
There is also a sub-group formed by the members Masuda Takahisa and Tegoshi Yuya called 'Tegomass', who relased four singles. The first, Miso Soup, was all in english, and was relased in Sweden. The second was the japan version of Miso Soup, with three b-side songs in japanase. The third, Kiss~Kaerimichi no love song~ was the first ending song of the anime Lovely Complex, and the b-side Kimi+Boku=Love was the first opening song.
The fourth single, relased on June, 28, called 'Ai Ai Gasa', was the theme of another anime (i really don't remember the name now XD'' ) with the b-side song 'Moshimo boku ga pochi dattara...'.

Members:
Yamashita Tomohisa is the leader. He was born on April the 9th, 1985 in the Chiba prefecture. His real name was Aoki Tomohisa, but the changed it when his father left home, leaving he, his sister and his mother alone. His nicknames are Yamapi and Pi; he's currently attending Meiji university and he will graduate on september 2008.

Masuda Takahisa was born on July the 4th, 1986, in Tokyo. He enter in Johnny's Entertainment on November 1998. He's a very good dancer and singer, and sometimes he teach other members to dance. He loves to eat and his favourite food is gyoza. He loves also cook, he learned it from his sister. He's not going to university now. Yamashita Tomohisa said that he has a very great smile. He had a leather bracelet on his left hand for seven years, until he cut it off for the drama Dandori~Dance*Drill~.

Nishikido Ryo was born on November the 3rd, 1984, in Osaka. He has two brothers, one sister and one niece. He's in the group of Kanjani8 and NEWS in the same time. In Eito Ranger his color is yellow. He's not going to university.

Koyama Keiichiro was born on May the 1st, 1984, in Kanagawa prefecture. He has a sister and a nephew named Haru. He's the eldest memeber of NEWS, and the tallest. He has a cat named Nyanta, he was a Teacher's Assistant in School. He graduated from Meiji university with honours, his best friend is Shigeaki Kato.

Kato Shigeaki was born on July the 11th, 1987 in Osaka. He joined Johnny's Entertainment on April 1999. He's the most intellingent memeber in NEWS, and he plays guitar. He loves Koyama's cat, Nyanta, but he can't touch her because he's allergic. He has a dog named Nana and is left-handed. He's attending Aoyama university studying law.

Tegoshi Yuya was born on November the 11th, 1987, in Kanagawa prefecture. He joined Johnny's entertainment at the age of 16 and eight months later he debuted with NEWS. He wearing contact's lens and he's a very good singer (But I hate it O-o'' ) He has a driver license, and he says that his dog, Tinny, is his girlfriend. He's attending Waseda university through online courses.

Uchi Hiroki was born on September the 10th, 1986, in Hakibinoshi, in Osaka prefecture. He joined Johnny's Entertainment on Aprim 1999 because his mother gave him 500 yen. He was in Kanjani8 and NEWS too like his best friend Ryo.
In 2005 he's suspended due to drinking alchool underage. In January 2007 he returns in JE like a Tranee and plays PLAYZONE2007 with Hironori Kusano. Now he's again a Junior and he's filiming two dramas.

Kusano Hironori was born on February the 15th, 1987, in Kanagawa prefecture. He has three sisters. He joined JE in February 2001 and he was member of K.K.Kitty along with Shige and Koyama.
In 2006 he was photographed with an alcolic drink and even if he denied, he was suspendend and NEWS was put on hiatus. He returned like a Trainee in january 2007 performing PLAYZONE2007 with Uchi Hiroki. Now he's again a Junior but his activites are still unknows. He's attending Hosei university.
