Almost a Day

I try to made a typical tWEWY scenar with the city in black&white, but I had not a great result.
I know the sky is not a typical tWEWY one but at the end, after 6 hours of coloring I was too lazy for made one, and I use a texture XD Sorry, I don't remember who made it, the name is Get it Together. If someone knows who made it please let me know!~
